上海蓝振法律咨询有限公司（以下简称“蓝振法律”）成立于2017年8月，同时拥有商标、专利双重代理资质,上海WTO法研究会常驻办公地。现已发展成为以刑事法律、法律培训和知识产权为龙头业务，以法人治理结构、采购供应链管理、人力资源管理、信用管理（不良债权债务）、财税管理、资本市场与证券、投融资、金融业务、房地产、争议解决为主要业务的大型综合性律师事务所。
蓝振律所现有执业律师19人，其中绝大多数律师获得国内及国外著名学府的硕士和博士学位，且多数都曾有在政府、企业、知名律师事务所工作或执业的经历，在法律和商业领域均具有丰富的实务经验。
